I really didn’t want to be picky, but the portrait didn’t look much like my dog. The face shape felt off, and it was hard to recognize him in it. I did reach out about my concerns, but I didn’t feel like they were really taken seriously. I know art can be subjective, but I still expected it to look at least somewhat like the photo I sent.

I can see how some people might like it, and it does have a fun look to it, but for me it just feels a bit too childish. I was hoping it would come across a little more mature, so I’m kind of torn, but overall it’s not really my style

I was charged right away and didn’t really get any updates after that, so I was already a little unsure what was going on. When the order finally arrived, the box was really flimsy and completely bent up. The items inside weren’t protected well at all and everything looked messy when I opened it.

I bought this as a gift, but when it arrived I was like, why is this so complicated and still looks this cheap? It just didn’t feel nice enough to give someone, and I felt a little embarrassed handing it over...

My order took way too long to show up. I was expecting it much sooner, so it was frustrating waiting around with No clear update.

I thought the revision process would be straightforward, so I was surprised by how much of a hassle it turned into. I only asked for a few small changes, but it felt like they kept missing what I was actually asking for, and the slow replies made everything take way longer than I expected.

I’m fine with waiting a reasonable amount of time, but there was definitely a gap between what I thought I was paying for and what I actually experienced. After repeating the same points a few times, I just got tired of going back and forth and decided to leave it as it was.

I ordered from emmyundpepe.com thinking the quality would kinda match the price but yeah, it didn’t really feel that way to me. The item was fine I guess, nothing awful, but it looked cheaper than I expected

For what I paid, I’ve seen better stuff elsewhere. Not a total disaster or anything, just not something I’d pay that much for again

I reached out and waited for a reply, but nothing ever came through. I kept checking just in case, but at this point I’m reluctantly accepting that they’re probably not going to respond.

I ordered this because I liked the idea of it, and there was something about it that seemed really cute and personal. But once I got into the personalization part, it felt a little limited compared to what I was expecting.
The site itself was easy to use, so that wasn’t the issue. I just thought there would be more choices, like different colors, fonts, or little details to make it feel more like mine instead of just picking from a few preset options.

It still turned out fine, and I don’t hate it or anything, but for the price I was hoping for more control over the final look. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they add more customization choices.

Not gonna lie, the delivery was a lot slower than I expected. I also didn’t get very clear updates, so I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying. Overall, the whole process just took too long for me.

I ordered from emmyundpepe.com and I was disappointed, the item just felt kind of cheap right away and the stitching was messy in a few spots, plus the fabric looked way nicer in the photos than it did in person so I don’t think I’d buy from them again.
